Hi, I’m Jesse “JJ” Kiwovele—a lifelong musician, educator, and passionate believer in the power of music to transform lives. I grew up surrounded by music and began playing piano and bass guitar at a young age. Over time, music became more than just a passion—it became my calling and career.

 

Teaching music is a natural extension of who I am. I hold advanced degrees in Music Education and Jazz Studies, and I’ve had the joy of teaching students from all walks of life, both privately and in classroom settings. Whether it’s piano, bass, or voice, I’m passionate about helping students grow in skill, confidence, and creativity.

 

Outside of teaching, I perform regularly at my church and produce music education content. I’m also working on a unique recording project that brings together instrumentalists from four continents, showcasing a blend of cultures and musical expressions.
